Worst service ever! My entertainment has been reduced to watching my modem reboot again and again. Yep it just rebooted again. If you need dependable internet, stay away from imon at least in SW Cedar Rapids. We need more cable providers for more competition, then maybe the quality would be acceptable. Rebooted again. I really feel empathy for the customer support and service techs.
