I recently moved into town and was calling to find an internet provider spoke with a representative by the name of DJ who told me that the 80mps will work for me even tho I kinda needed something a little faster. I was told I would get a 30-day money-back. guarantee if I did not like the services. It has now been three months and I still haven't received my refund after cancelling a service 2 days after installation. Customer care told me I had to wait 7 days from the day i cancelled for it to take affect and that l still would be charged for the 7 days. I've constantly been lied to by the customer care representatives and then they have the nerve to tell me there's no corporate number and that the supervisor would have to call me back in 72 hours this company is a joke I do not recommend it please keep your money. Update: I received a check for $38 when I paid 110 to get the services I'm calling at 11 a.m on a friday and they tell me the billing department is closed lol. where is the 30 day money back guarantee that this representative promised me? You've gave me 38 dollars for 2 days of service?? Appalled seriously. The people you have working for you don't like their jobs. That's why every time I call I can never speak with DJ because he's always on "vacation" and the office is closed in the middle of the day... Wow IMON. Do better!!
