My company contracted Impact Marketing & Design for some embroidery work on Marketing material for our firm. Unfortunately, the color scheme did not turn out accurate. I am writing a 5 star review because of the way Impact Marketing & Design handled the situation and resolved the issue. They were prompt to admit their mistake, refund us the cost of the embroidery as well as cover our costs of the material originally purchased. This is hands down the best customer experience I have received from a situation like this. Things happen, it's part of life or doing business, but it is in the way you handle a situation like this that makes you shine above the rest. I will definitely continue to use Impact Marketing & Design for all my embroidery and marketing needs.
