Feedback:
Too many miscommunication and rework issues such as basic spelling issues. Although, they have my original site was up and running before the project and they used it to provide the quote, continued to complain that they underestimated. Founder sent several unprofessional emails during the project. One stating he could have installed malware on my site when I changed his log-in credentials in my WordPress site. WordPress site not designed properly to be responsive, even though communication from initial critique was clear that the site was not "fluid" like my existing site, which I built myself. Designer took critique to mean that I did not want my site to be responsive. Just one example of the communications issues on this project.
