I just called in, and the service was HORRIBLE. I used this place 3 months ago and worked with someone named Ray. The service was quick and he was very helpful. Today, I spoke to Gary, not only did I have to call all day to finally get someone to even speak to me instead of leaving voicemails, but when I did speak to him he was completely RUDE and told me he didn't know how to do the simple print job I needed. The IDENTICAL one I asked for last time that Ray finished in less than 10 minutes. I don't appreciate being talked to as if I'm an idiot when I come back for repeat service. I will never go here again. You won't be helped unless you have a large order to place apparently. I wish I could rate it at ZERO stars.
