Wish i could do 0 stars. Nicholas’s review COULD NOT be more true. If you’re looking into working here or wondering if you should work here take this as a sign & DONT. I worked here for a year & like Nicholas had said, they don’t care about you on a personal level at ALL, they care about the business. STRICTLY business ONLY. & not just that. HORRIBLE work environment, mostly girls that are just drama & catty.. IF you do work here you better just keep to YOURSELF. because making friends will get you no where but fired or to the point you have to quit because enough is enough. Mostly everyone does work weekends & on top of that they require MANDATORY extra hours every week that they don’t get enough hours & there’s too many call offs etc... SUPER SUPER unprofessional. Hopefully you come in knowing what you’re doing cause if you don’t, the supervisors will not help, if there is even one around to do so. After a year you’re suppose to get a week paid vacation so if you plan on leaving or think you’re goin to get fired, you better use it since you earned it & they try every single way they can for you not to get it. It happened to me i left & they had said it’s not entitled to anybody after leaving.. Ohio law says otherwise.. & also last but not least if you’re bad with attendance not the place for you because they have a very very strict call off & if you go over how many times you’re allowed they DONT care why, you’re fired. IF you do get a day or some time off you HAVE to make it up within the week before & the week after whenever you’re getting off, you can’t just say i need this time off & get it. you have NO CHOICE, you HAVE to make it up if you ever miss for any reason. You can’t go over the “allowed” times you get “off the phones” for the day. you get like 20 minutes to yourself & then a 30 minute UNPAID lunch & that’s IT for a whole 8 hour day. People come & go so fast you don’t even know everyone there because people will hate it & leave within their first week or two. WORST job i’ve EVER had. EDIT- (((after i made this post , here came 5 good reviews of incept trying to make it seem like a good place. LOL trust me it’s not. might be flexible with your schedule but like i said you have to make up when you miss. unlike most jobs you need a day off you can request to get that day off. not here. If you’re sick & have no points looks like you’re going to work cause you point out you’re fired... they’re saying it’s like family because they are stuck beside the same people every day.. i mean you kind of don’t have a choice, you’re sitting down next to these same people all day everyday so.. that’s all i have to say. horrible horrible company. be CAREFUL )))
