Sinking Ship. Do not waste your time. Executive Management is driving the company into the ground. Only 1 person can make a decision and that is the CEO who is 80+. The Executive VP is simply a yes man.One is expected to simply learn on their own and no one around you will help because they are afraid that you may take their job one day. There is no training, no mentorship, and a complete lack of leadership in every department. The company and it's leadership are stuck in the early 90's.There is a culture of the Haves versus the Have Not's. If you are a VP of a department you are are a Have. Employees are not valued as assets, instead, they are micro managed in every aspect of their job. The company culture/environment is one of the most toxic environments to be around, and it all starts at the top. It is a culture of hatred, racism, bigotry, and narcissism.
