Absolutely terrible! Worst job communication I've ever seen. You get told to do one thing one day and then told something completely different the next day and then your training class doesn't even teach you what you need to know for the job. You get taxed super high on your bonus. You run out of leads so quickly so you're calling the same people back time and time again yet they tell you that you should have enough leads to last you 3 months or so yet they also tell you that you need to dial 50 people a day. HR is a joke. The supervisors are a bunch of idiots. Don't work here. You'll regret it

HR IS HORRIBLE!!!! YOU CAN NEVER TALK TO HER FACE TO FACE SHE GOES THROUGH THE SUPERVISORS. THEY NEED NEW HR. SOMEONE WHO DOES THE JOB RIGHT!!!! SHE DOESN'T ADDRESS ANY ISSUES WITH ANYTHING. IT'S CLEAR SHE'S THERE FOR THE PAY CHECK WHILE EMPLOYEE CHECKS ARE SHORT AND DON'T GET FIXED. SHAME ON YOU SUE FERRABEE!!!!
