Terrible work environment, terrible choice of staff workers, terrible work ethics, great pay. Negatives outweigh the positive.

I do not work here,but do work for a contractor and am here everyday. The staff and supervisors are always kind and accommodating. I interact with the employees who are also very nice. Appears to be a great place to work

RECORD YOUR INTERVIEW AND RECORD YOUR TRAINING. THEN RECORD ALL COACHINGS AND ANY MEETINGS. THEY LIE DURING INTERVIEWS AND WILL SAY YOUR FULL TIME AND YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE PART-TIME. THEY'RE SYSTEM IS SET FOR YOU TO FAIL. THEY TELL YOU TO READ THE SCRIPT AND THEN WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH A CALL CAUSE THE SCRIPT DOESN'T HAVE A RESPONSE APPROPRIATE TO THE CALLERS STATEMENT OR QUESTION. THEY SAY IMPROVISE AND TRY TO STAY ON AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BUT BEND IT A LITTLE. THEN THEY COACH YOU FOR THE SAME CALL. AND THAT GETS YOU A POINT. DON'T GET TOO MANY OR THEY'LL TERMINATE YOU AND BLAME YOUR PERFORMANCE FOR THE TERMINATION. THEY'RE TURN OVER RATE IS AWFUL AND THEY MISLEAD PEOPLE APPLYING FOR A POSITION AND PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. THEN THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY ON FEDERATED MINT. THEY SAY ITS PURE SILVER BUT YET THEY RECEIVE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS THAT STATING THAT THEY'RE ONLY SILVER PLATED. NOT PURE ALL THE WAY THROUGH. WORST PLACE TO WORK.

Interviewed with this place both times and they have not yet gotten back to me with any up dates , no call/emails like they claim . Very imperfessional and I will not waste my time any longer trying to work for this unorganized company.

This place is a nice place to work but they expect a lot out of their employees for the pay. You don't really have time to take care of the callers for clients because they push to keep call times down but sometimes people need more info then what you can give them. The perks are nice but it is a lot of fine print that you may not be made aware of until after it becomes a problem as well.
