I only realised last night that I have never Google reviewed this extraordinary business so I sent myself a reminder because as much as I don't want them to get too busy, it's not right not to shout it from the roof tops about how amazing these guys are.I met Ben after he was recommended to me by somebody else in the real estate industry. She might have given me a bum steer on the website developer she mentioned, but with Ben, she absolutely nailed it.Ben drove to Gympie very early to film our brand story video almost 5 years ago and I honestly broke down and cried when I saw what he created. It was so me, but a better version, he watched for little moments that I didn't even know had occurred and then he stitched them all together into a masterpiece. A masterpiece that I still go back and watch from time to time to remind me of where it all began.Since then, Ben has created a second brand story, multiple client testimonials, induction videos for our tenants and owners, and dozens of short educational videos.Ben has a calmness about him that makes others feel calm. He'll nicely tell you when you've missed the mark, he educates on how to get the most out of your content.And a while ago, Doug stepped into assist and I was so nervous, and a little worried that things would change. It was worry for nothing. The guys are very alike, very warm people, very patient people.I absolutely love this business and for anybody looking to build theirs, you need to see Ben. A little warning though, it makes you busier, a lot busier. Because videos work. Especially Innovate Media's
