I work here for a short time and i only loved the free coffee - not my job, not my coworkers and certainly not my managers. I felt like i was deceived when I accepted a job here. They totally lie about the company and the work you'll do during the hiring process just so you would join them. After learning about the rude and micromanaging CEO, and unfair treatment to employees, I immediately quit.

Innovision has been great to work with. They've designed logos, business cards, written copy, press releases, video production, hired voice talent and more. So nice to work with an agency that cares so much and that does it all. I'm amazed at all the different things innovision Marketing Group does. Here's to more years of working with them.

I hired them to develop a website for me, and all they came up with were bad themes. I settled for one since I had paid them some money, and the website they delivered didn't meet my expectations.They promised to make the changes I wanted but too weeks. In the end, I cut them loose.

We hired Innovision to develop a new website for our business. My company hired them prior to me being hired on as Marketing Director, so I can only speak to the experience I've had working with them (over the last 5 months). Innovision really truly lives up to their credo of setting themselves apart from other agencies by going above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. When I was hired, I decided to take this already nearly completed project in a much different direction, which required them to do a lot of extra work on their end. They happily did so without issue. And they really took the time to ensure that any issues were resolved even after the site went live. We are a small business and I know they have some very big clients, but you wouldn't know it because they treated us like gold from start to finish. Bottom line is their customer service is superb and their level of expertise is top notch.

Just saw Rick Militi deliver a hype-free discussion of social media's contribution to brand promotion. He was very real and honest, a refreshing departure from these ego-driven agencies run by youngsters. InnoVision is the real deal, a comprehensive, ROI-focused "anti-agency." Militi is honest that it will take 18 months to 2 yrs to get any traction. Brands that want immediate results are fooling themselves.
