I bought a tent from Walmart out of the box it had a broken pole and a missing battery pack holder. After going through enough red tape to make a politician blush. I was given I2D's number. The people were nice, I gave them my visa card to purchase the replacement parts and ship it out. That was over a month ago.200 years ago Ya, maybe I could understand that.There is no excuse for this!!!!!!

I purchased an Ozark Trail canopy from Walmart, which in no time had a broken piece. The information included in the package stated "for warranty service, repair parts, or product questions, Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Time. NOTICE: DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO RETAIL STORE." I tried calling the 800 number provided and after serveral months of repeated attempts, leaving a message including all the information the message requested, I finally got a call back. The rep was very kind, friendly and it seemed I was on my way to ordering the replacement part I needed. He even forwarded me a blueprint of the canopy to make sure the correct part was ordered and everything. Said it would take 5-7 days to be shipped. This was over a month ago. I have emailed with follow ups on my order and each time I'm told their was a shipping delay or issue. On July 24th they stated it should be shipped by the end of the week. Still nothing. Latest follow up reply stated the shipping delay is because they are catching up on lots of orders, and they should be able to get my part shipped to me as soon as possible. Seriously? That's not even a guesstimate. I will avoid anything that has anything to do with Insite 2 Design in the further, and I recommend you do the same.
