The quality and customer service was exceptional but none of that matters when you can't follow proper directions. Even with detailed written explanations, clear imagery and face to face communication, logos were sill not placed on the correct color garments. Although I was given a discount to compensate for their errors, they proved they could not follow directions for the second time, which is why I will not continue being a customer. Although I would not recommend them, this is still just my personal experience. So who knows, things may turn out different for you.
