Update:Insurance Center reached out to me to resolve the issues I had, and mostly, they did resolve them, They promised to call me back in a few days with a review of my coverage, and they did!An agent went over all my coverage with a fine tooth comb, and found my about $400 in yearly savings, without sacrificing coverage, and I really appreciated the time, one of my complaints was "why do I need an insurance agent?"well because they found places where I had coverage or deductibles that didn't make sense for me, and adjusted them, and that saved me $$ Thank you for bringing back the personal service that I originally went to you for.I drove an hour to pick up claim checks here, when I asked to use the rest room, I was told "We have no public restroom" When I explained that I had an hour drive back the receptionist told me "I can't do anything for you, our restroom is through the computer room, and I would get in trouble if I let you in there" This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I used to live in the area, but kept our insurance through insurance center when we moved about an hour away. They used to be much nicer here. I will be taking my 5 policies elsewhere.
