Corie is the greatest!!! I started shopping around and even decided to go with progressive because I am cheap and wanted to save like $50 on my policy( BIG mistake ) cause when it came time to buy the agent that was supposed to call me back to do my policy flaked and never called. So when I called them to give them my money they said I would have to wait 72 hours. I had already canceled my policy and progressive told me sorry that we misinformed you but nothing we can do so you will be without insurance till Wednesday since it was Friday... nope not going to happen. I called Corie ( now mind you it’s 8 pm on a Friday night) she told me to send her a few things and I was covered in about 15 minutes With ID cards in my email. Corie Olive is a life saver, she came through 100%. Let me tell you if you think you want to save $50 just know you will never get the Customer service you need. $50 is a small price to pay for the peace of mind Corie has given me. Corie Olive you will now be me agent till the end of time!!!!
