Beware! I purchased a business owners package, commercial auto, and work comp policy from Seth Hansen ( a broker at this company). Roughly two months into the policy I get cancellation notices on all three policies from the insurance company, with no explanation. I called this agent multiple times (10-12) and did not get any response from him. No return phone call or correspondence from his office whatsoever...until the very day of my cancellation, Mandy from their office called and wanted to know how they could help us...What??? I have never, in 18 years of business dealt with such a shady insurance firm. Buyer beware...stay away.
