Terrible company. One of the agents, Lisa Deedy (under name Northpointe Insurance Agency) misquoted and negligently stayed I had insurance coverage on two investment properties. When we went to close, found out that Insuritas could not provide coverage they promised. Almost lost our entire $100k investment because of this company’s negligence.

No room to grow, stuck in the same position for years and accomplished tons of stuff, but others received credit. Top management has no sympathy for the huge work load and lack of support.Lack of communication with in the office, popularity contest, and favoritism are a few of the issues that I have with the company. I've witness lots of agent get terminated because of minor issues with management yet this is the same company that believes in Open door policy. The VP of sales is willing to stab any employee in the back, in order to advance within the company. HR/ auditor is a individual who tends to take everything very personal and has no experience on how to do her job. I honestly wouldn't recommend the job to my worst enemy.....
