Feedback:
We manage property for a variety of clients in the St. Louis area. We inherited an application from a refugee placed through the IIS. The caseworker assigned was so rude to our office staff it bordered on abusive. He asked what was wrong with our office manager, why didn't she know how to do her job, then demanded we come to the Institute to pick up paperwork, and informed us how we would be collecting rent from the potential tenant. Not impressed at all.
