Great coworkers, rewarding job and a strong vision that is led from the top down. Organization is always striving to grow and provide additional services and not afraid to try new ideas. Organization does remarkable job of creating awareness of refugees and their needs in a city with many needs. If you want to get a job here then you must know someone from here to get you in (favoritism) some of the workers are treating the new coming immigrants poorly. Hope they make it better.
