I don't think that Internet Reputation lived up to its bargain. They stopped and asked for more money before they finished what they said they were going to do;

Started with this company over a year and was skeptical about their claims but had no choice other then to retain their services and give this company a shot with a tough, uphill battle to overcome the damage that was done to me. Gayon and Ricardo stood by my side throughout this process and so far they have done an outstanding job. Although we have a little more work to do, I have every reason to believe we will reach the end of this journey soon. Don’t kid yourself, their services aren’t cheap but there is no way any one individual can accomplish even half of what InternetReputation can accomplish. Obviously, they have a proven method to suppress negative content and so far they have done what they said they would do. I am pleased with the progress so far and look forward to completing this journey soon. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to suppress internet content and/or manage their internet reputation. There are a lot of companies out there that advertise their ability to remove negative content. While I am not familiar with any other company besides InternetReputation, I can tell you there is no quick or easy fix to suppressing negative content, regardless of what is being advertised by others. Determination and persistence is what moves the needle, IR told me that upfront and they were very transparent about the process and I like that. If you find yourself in need of reputation management then IR is the company you want to associate with. I speak from experience. I am a customer and have watched their work now for over a year. They consistently report on their progress with an easy to read report which shows progress, or sometimes minor setbacks but you always know where you stand with your campaign and if you ever have questions about your campaign it is my experience that they are always responsive to emails. You can’t go wrong with InternetReputation. And if I ever needed their services again, I would have no reservations about retaining their services. You will be pleased with the work they are able to do on your behalf. Good luck!

Worked there for almost 4 years. Quite a ride. Not the kind of place you want to work if you enjoy stability, as the company is constantly changing on every level. Great ownership and leadership that has a long term strategy, and is willing to adapt as needed to meet that strategy. Hiring was not always optimal, but when I left, they had a great team in place, with employees that truly cared about the success of the company, and of our clients. Given the nature of the online reputation business, Not every campaign will be successful. However, the people working here are doing everything they can to make sure each campaign is as successful as possible. Cutting edge industry, great leadership and team. The company has enormous potential. But if you choose to work here, you must be able to handle stress.

I recently called Internet Reputation to get some pricing information on their services. I hadn't intended to give my name but the sales manager that answered the phone had caller ID, immediately called me by name, and then proceeded to bully me and speak in a very abrasive manner. I told him I would think about it and he became even more rude and abusive in his tone and language. I politely told him I would get back to him if I decided to go with his company. The next day, they posted more derogatory things about me through a parent company that they own. After looking them up online, I see that they make a habit of this. They charge you to remove things, then post more things online to get you to come back and give them more money. They will extort you just like they are trying to extort me. I am not one to post things online about companies or people but if this can help even one person to not make the same mistake I did, then I would be grateful. This company preys on people who are down and out. They are the very definition of extortionists.
