ISEV did a truly fabulous design for us and came up with lots of innovative ideas. Leon was a delight to work with: helpful, professional, friendly.The implementation was very, very disappointing. During the development process we were given previews to test that simply didn't work - broken links, poor rendering, typos galore. It seemed that no one had tested them. We were told that the site would be ready by 1 December, and after lots and lots of nagging we finally got it live in early March, over four months late. Even then, there were numerous errors including broken links and inconsistent formatting.We've since asked for a quote to make a few minor changes. After chasing the quote a few times, we went elsewhere and received a quote and had the work completed before ISEV finally came back to us to ask whether we still want the quote.Such a huge contrast. The design really is great, 10/10. Leon really is great, also 10/10. The implementation is appalling.
