Enormous house. The Grande Haven, it boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Kitchen is on third floor, with beautiful scenic views. The pool is a nice resort like swim. Bring your families, all within one block of the beach.

I have done business with multiple realtors and staff in the office at Island Real Estate and have found them all to be personable, professional, highly-knowledgable, and a top notch team! If you're looking to move to Anna Maria Island, or if you want to invest in some high-yield vacation rental property, this real estate team is the best!

If I could, I would give them a 0 I would. Trying to book a house, they are now using Vacasa for vacation rentals. I found the house that met my families needs yesterday, received an email that the house was available, called Vacasa spoke to a representative confirmed house was available. Went to book the house and it was not available, less than one hour in the above transaction. Called back they stated "oh no it must be a glitch, its available". Unable to rent the house I called back it was 6:00 PM EST and was only able to leave a message. Concerned I replied to the email sent and received a phone call that we are sorry but the house was booked as of last month!!! WHAT!!! Please do not use Vacasa! Go with a vacation rental agency that does not outsource their rentals to third parties..

We stayed at the "Sea Horse" the beginning of March. Our experience was great! The house was very clean and it was more than we expected. The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, and the beach was right across the street. We would highly recommend the Sea Horse to anyone that wants to enjoy their vacation in a user friendly environment!! We loved it!!

My entire family absolutely loved the condo we rented on the beach from Island Real Estate! Our accommodations were fabulous! The place was newer - maybe only 5-8 years old, clean and well cared for, and very much like home, just like they promised! Our patio faced the ocean over the fenced pool area with a gate leading out to the beach. I would DEFINITELY rent this place again, and loved working with Island Real Estate - such friendly people! You won't be sorry.
