Very dissatisfied with this rental agency. This is not the first time using them but it will most likely be the last. We’ve had multiple issues during our stay and I’ve tried to contact them but apparently the person I need to speak to is never there. I even explained how unhappy we were in the survey they sent to me about my visit, and no one ever reached out to me. Very poor customer service. At least a follow up call or email would have been appreciated.

Our family stayed at the Beach House Resort #10 the first week in July. The unit is fantastic and the service from IVP was impeccable. We had an issue with a leaking toilet and IVP had a maintenance person (and then a plumber) over to fix the issue within hours.Great unit and great service! See you next year!

We stayed at Cabana #4 at 3711 4th ave property. It was amazing. Not a single complaint about this property. Lots of space, great interior, awesome pool, super close to private access to beach. Kitchen had everything you could imagine to stay and cook for a week. Definitely recommend this property and location on island. Renting a bike was perfect as nothing was anymore then 10 mins away with most spots being less than 5.

I stayed at Beach House Resort #2 for the past 4 days. It was absolutely perfect. All communications between myself and Island Vacation Properties were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The apt. was clean and had everything we needed. Mostly it was amazing because it was 5 steps out the back door to the beach. Great screened in porch and many chairs, umbrellas, floats. Absolutely couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend if you are coming this way.

We rented a beautiful gulf-front condo at 200 N. Gulf Dr., (Breakers 4) the week before Memorial Day weekend. The condo was beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want or need including a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. We had no problems with the condo or anything in it. We were across from the Island Time Bar and Grill so there was music at night, but it was not too loud for us and stopped promptly at 10:00 except for the first Saturday night. We were close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach every day, gorgeous sunsets every night and altogether a great vacation experience! Will definitely rent from Island Vacation Properties again!

WARNING: I would give them a zero if I could. Don't expect them to help you at all if you have a problem. The unit we stayed in had a leaking AC unit and a furnace issue which caused a layer of soot to be blown all over our room and by default in our lungs. Island Vacation Properties made all kinds of promises about helping us and getting us refunds...until they actually had to do something. Then, they backed down and blamed the owner of the unit. I had expected them to represent us in this contract, BUT THEY WALKED AWAY. Instead, all they offered was a refund of the outrageous cleaning fee. STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE TALKS A GOOD GAME, BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER!
