Since the new owners have taken over, customer service has declined. If im asking for a service, which I'm paying for. There is no reason for the employee to be annoyed to have to provide it. The store is practicly empty, so theres no rush in were rude customer service is acceptable. The female owner nickle and dimes you, ridiculously. Will never step foot in this ups.

Very rude and awful customer service, tried dropping off a ups and a usps package here which I have done several times at other ups stores and refused to take it, would rather drive an extra 5 miles not to deal with these people, tried rushing me out of the store and told me they were “too busy” to accept the return package which already had a label and all i had to do was literally hand it to them, just dropped it off and walked out DO NOT GO HERE

The staff or owner lady at this location was so rude. No smile no hi. When I asked her for a tape, she said you will have to buy it. We don’t give tape for 3 packages we only give for one. How does that make any sense??? I was paying for each box individually. People like her does not deserve to work at place like that. There are a lot of people who are in need of jobs and can perform better than her.

Great place to for pickup and drop off deliveries. Haven't had any issue, and i have been going there for years. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Since when do we have to go to places like UPS and USPS worrying about them not having tapes for the customers? I was doing a drop off for my Adidas return, had to spend three dollars for the tape since they don't offer it. That's one way to bring up your sales UPS, way to go. Sorry for being cheap I guess :P
