terrible customer service after 2 years buying from them, and when raising a complaint was treated with rudeness and superiority, when asked to speak to the person who was our first point of contact was laughed over the phone and told he was too busy to speak. grease proof paper is weak quality and breaks up if you wrap a juicy burger after 5/6 minutes of contact, not ideal for takeaway. also does not glue to labels. if you are looking for a supplier that does not value long term relationships and prints a bad taste in your mouth go for it!
