We paid for the most basic double bed room for 5 days and I was very, very happy with everything here. The beds were comfortable with good sheets and pillows, the water pressure in the shower was very strong & nice. There was a big water pitcher in our room with nice clean water, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The house keeping service was attentive and discreet. The service from the front desk was very good and we ordered drinks on the beach a few times from the restaurant as well, where the service was very good too and we just charged to our room so we didn’t bother with cash. The beach is the best on the island, Playa Norte, and you get the beach chairs and towels and your beach time taken care of by staying at this hotel... sure it’s easy to visit the beach but it’s another thing to stay on the beach!!I left my cell phone behind when we left, so I called them and went back for it an hour or so later, it was so nice that they found it and held onto it for me.
