JAC Creative is an outstanding group of people who go the extra mile to take care of their clients. I originally contacted them to help me with my website. They not only fixed the problems I was having they took the time to look at the website and made suggestions on how to improve the websites impact on visitors. This was completed within a few weeks of our initial contact. The quality of work is excellent. Combine that with their strong work ethic and dedication to their clients there can only be positive results.

We took our time scoping out the right company to work with, not only here in Cleveland. As someone who owned a small business once before and didn't do it the way I should have, I was more than picky looking for a marketing company, and took my time this second time around. JAC not only took the time to get to know our business (they asked a lot of questions!) and us, but they cared about us personally. They wanted to know our life goals and have done nothing but support those along the way. Our logo was the first real "thing" that we had to show for our business and they knocked it out of the park- we feel so proud! They have been incredibly responsive, gave honest feedback about the work we're doing and have been such a valuable asset to our little company. These guys are good humans and do great work- we couldn't asked for anything more in our first business partner.

A few years ago I started a home based company doing something that I love. I never thought it would turn out as big as it is now but as it grew I needed a great place to show my work. I wanted an easy to use and attractive website and JAC did an amazing job. They were easy to work with and were able to grasp the vision that I had in my mind. Seeing it all come together was great and they walked me through the process and made it easy for me to understand and follow along. Once it was all set up they showed me how to run the website and update it as I went. The support was also top notch and they continue to be available to help and answer questions when needed.
