I love how thorough JADE computer services is, they really take the time to listen and get to the root of the problem in a timely fashion. Jim has gone out of his way several times to not only make sure my computer is up and running great, but also to inform me of possible risks in the future; as well as certain measures to take that help for the future. I haven't found customer service remotely comparable anywhere else. This is a wonderful company that really cares about their customers.

I would recommend JADE Computer Services to any of my friends, as it has come through for me time and again. Several years ago I had a laptop that was on its last leg, and Jim's advice got me set up with a great deal on a new laptop with the appropriate software for my needs and an antivirus recommendation that has proved to be really effective. The service is great, and a real human always answers! Most recently, JADE was able to help me undo an unsolicited, forced online upgrade that had me unable to log into any of my email addresses. I stumbled upon Jade 3 years ago when my computer was on its last legs. Jim Hall of Jade steered me toward discounted name brand equipment. I own a small service oriented business and whenever my computer is "down" I am out of business. Jim set up my new equipment efficiently and effectively. Any problems I have are typically handled & resolved over the phone or with a very prompt visit. This guy is talented, reasonably priced & I'm glad I discovered him.
