I found out after 3 years I was being over charged because an employee didn’t have my husband sign a paper. I requested a refund as anyone will do and Jake himself called me and told me it wasn’t possible and not his problem. I found a new insurance company and canceled all my policies with State Farm through his office; updated my mailing address. They have been sending me mail for 3 weeks to my old address. I went to pick it up and they had a form that needed a signature for policies to be canceled which I was never told of when canceling. They are now refusing to send me my refund. I highly recommend against doing any type of business with Jakes office. You will be lied and have money stolen from you.
