Really happy with my insurance. Seemed a big high for a while, but when I went to pay my bill, I spoke with Jenni who told ME she could find a way to get it cheaper. I saved $150 on my payment through the good student option. Have never had an issue with this firm.

Serve on the local end is ok, but if you have an auto claim, corporate office fights you to the wire on what's fair. If it wasn't for the fact that I've been with them a long time, I'd leave.

These people are awesome. Jared has taken great care of me for years, and Gary has been one of the most helpful agents I've ever dealt with. I've combined auto/home/life, and my rates are untouchable - I've given up on wasting time allowing others to quote me, they never come close. Friendly, patient staff, always willing to help, great coverage, great rates, what more could you ask for?
