We were with State Farm for many years with another agent who retired and was very responsive to the couple of claims that were made. Jason Caples took over for the retiring agent and was non-existent when it came to dealing with State Farm who bungled our recent auto claim. The car was taken to their salvage yard where they stripped the personal contents of the car before realizing the car was repairable and should not have been sent there. It took two weeks before the car was even sent back to the repair shop. He provided absolutely no service and is just there to collect his commissions.
