They are so helpful with everything. My daughter and I are insured with them and they have such good customer service. They have helped us with lock outs, theft, and auto accident claims. They are so friendly and there is never a wait when they are always prompt to answer the calls or help you out when dropping in. They are always finding the best plans that fit our needs

If you need insurance, Jeff Ward’s State Farm Bonney Lake branch is the place to be. I have worked with this office throughout the years in a professional capacity as a loan officer, and with my own personal insurance needs. Tammy Hankins is especially helpful and thorough, making sure my clients get the best quotes and customer service. She responds quickly and efficiently, which is important when you are in a stressful situation of buying a home. I highly recommend Tammy and this office and will continue to use and refer their services.

I genuinely love Statefarm, specifically Jeff Ward's Bonney Lake branch. Customer service is huge for me and I have had nothing but good experiences with these employees. They are so helpful for someone like me who's just starting out on their own and trying to figure out how insurance works. Even though it's not technically my local state farm agency I prefer them to Sumner's, hands down.

What a great office to get insurance. We were surprised at the significant amount of money we are saving with this office. I really appreciate how we are continuously treated like family. I will never take my business anywhere else.

After both my husband and I got into accidents within 3 months of each other, our insurance premium skyrocketed. Being 7 months pregnant with more bills piling up than we could handle, I seriously thought I might have to leave State Farm to search for a carrier that could offer me a lower premium. I decided to reach out and express my concerns to Rebekah, whom my family and myself has been working with for many years to see what she could do for me. She asked me lots of questions and was able to offer me a premium that was $100 less per month using discounts and changing my policy to better fit my needs. I love how she always keeps my family's best interest in mind and is always very thorough about the pros and cons of each decision.I really appreciate Rebekah for all her help with my family's insurance needs through the years and would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for insurance!Jeff Ward- if you don't already know this, Rebekah is a gem!

Never been so happy with an insurance agent. Kinda, helpful and on top of their business. Rebekah Flanders is amazing and helped us save the most which is great living in Western WA which has a very high cost of living. Do not hesitate to call Jeff Wards office and ask to speak with Rebekah!

Jeff Ward State Farm is another member of our family. They have shown incredible kindness, care and service to many members of my family. Speaking of my own experience, Rebekah has been a compassionate support and contact at Jeff Ward State Farm. Rebekah has worked with me during tough times when I was younger. More recently i purchased a bad policy from an online insurance agency for my new car (hadn't had a personal vehicle for awhile) Rebekah personally reached out to me and quoted me a significantly lower price than the online insurance company with much more coverage and better deductibles and guided me through the process. It felt so good to be contacted like that after so many years of not having a personal vehicle. I now feel confident when I drive that if anything were to happen I am fully protected. I certainly would reccomend Jeff Ward State farm to anyone and have found my forever insurance company ??
