I have been a loyal customer at Jeff Warren's StateFarm office for many years (home, auto, umbrella, etc). This morning I spoke directly with Jeff about my bill, asking why it keeps going up (13% this time). He responded with a big sigh (as though I was putting him out), and then proceeded to explain the increase was because we dropped our RV policy and no-longer qualified for a multi-car discount. However, I then pointed out that we DO have a second car policy with them. He spouted out some insurance jargon and then very aggressively said "there is nothing we can do about it, it is the way it is. If you don't like it you can take your business somewhere else", and then hung up on me. He definitely has some anger issues that need addressed, which also explains the high staff turnover. I logged a formal complaint with StateFarm HQ, which I was told was not his first, and assured me they would resolve. I have also transferred my account out of his office. Moving on, and I suggest you do too.
