The staff works fast so have what you need ready. The charge for using plastic payment is stiff so bring cash. Once you know that the experience is great and fast. The line here is normally short when I go. I've never been in line longer than a few minutes. Which I can't say for other locations around town.

Best service at any tag agency I’ve ever been too! Gina is hands down the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at a tag agency! Will do all of my stuff at this location, highly recommend!

April and Gina are absolutely wonderful!!! They were extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable on a horribly unqinue situation we had to deal with. In addition to this, April, was also incredibly patient and walked us through every detail. I highly recommend going to this location.

All Oklahoma tag agencies, including Jenks, survive with poor service which no other company could maintain if it weren't for their state monopoly. I needed to renew my tag and my license. They continue the ridiculous practice I've come to expect of only accepting cash or checks. However, they shared a new inconvenience of making these separate transactions so I couldn't pay with one check. The only redeeming feature about this tag agency is generally there isn't the half hour to one hour wait you usually face.

The lady working in the tag agency was so unfriendly and rude. This was the second time I have visited this office; bad experience the first time, but I was willing to give it another chance. But my second visit was as bad as the first. I will be driving to Tulsa from now on for all future tags.

The staff at the Jenks Tag Agency are always very helpful. But on Jan. 23, 2018 I have to give a big shout out to Gina. She went above and beyond getting the information we needed to title a boat that was given to us from LA. Even if you don't live in the Jenks area it is worth the drive to take care of your business in this Tag Agency.

The make a two ladies were very unprofessional and rude! I wish there was a tag agency that actually had friendly, nice, professional people. These ladies were talking bad about customers after they left and about people on the phone after they hung up. One of the ladies was laughing hysterically about one conversation she just had over the phone and was making fun of the guy (dark hair). The other lady was on her phone (blonde) until a second customer walked in. Also, after I asked a question one lady (dark hair) talked down to me like I'm an idiot and should know the answer.The good news is this place was empty probably because of their customer service and unprofessional behavior.
