I knew Jordan from statefarm who assisted me initially on my car insurance when I was dissatisfied with my previous insurance. Jordan recently left and there is a new employee named Champagne. Champagne spent about 45 mins on phone with me explaining about my new plan, if I changed to the car I had in mind (Note: I wasn't planning to buy one at this point). She was extremely helpful even when there was no solid proof that I would be taking the insurance from them (I had called to cancel my insurance as I sold my car). She explained about hail damage, theft, collision coverage and also gave me a reference point by comparing auto insurance with my health insurance. I have to say this was one of the most empowering auto insurance call I ever had. I called her once I changed my car and she gave me a solid plan which was affordable. Would highly recommend to anyone having limited knowledge of why you are paying what you are paying. Thank you Champagne and co !!
