Jerry Morris and company have completely ruined me financially. As a new driver, it was not made clear to me that I had a remaining bill after purchasing a new car and changing my policy. Nor did they try to contact me to inform me of the issue. Maybe they mailed letters, maybe they were lost in the mail? They never called to inquire as to the issue. Nor did they contact my lending bank to let them know my insurance had lapsed. My bank would have been able to insure me under there own (expensive, yet necessary) policy. None of this was made apparent to me until I was in an accident. They have made no efforts to help rectify this situation.Jerry, you are a miserable agent who has made my life excessively complicated.
