The worst customer service I have ever received from any business or company. Sold my house on May 5, 2017 received an a bill on December 13, 2017 for past due home insurance. . No one in his office will answer the phone or return calls. State Farm's customer service number can provide no help to resolve the issue. Go to anyone else no matter what.

Worst customer service ever. Very very rude to talk to. Doesn’t ever answer his phone and if you leave a voicemail he takes forever to answer back. Doesn’t even say bye on the phone after he is done talking he just hangs up on you!
