About a year ago I switched from AAA to Jim Demko State Farm due to their rates being cheaper. However, I have stayed with them because of the customer service experience that I receive. I have only worked with Shannon so far but have always had a great experience. She was very knowledgeable in helping me pick the best options and coverage that I needed. Also I would have never thought to ask about laptop coverage. I am thankful that she told me about it as that is one less thing I have to worry about. Thank you Shannon and Jim Demko State Farm for a job well done!!

I have been with State Farm for 15 years. I have stayed with this office during transitions since I joined State Farm. The service is great and the team is always willing to help. I absolutely LOVE working with Shannon M, she goes above and beyond to help customers. She is patient, kind and anytime I call she is very personable. She not only make sure I am up to date on my policies but she even takes the time to ask about life (work/kid). Dedicated employees like Shannon is the reason customers like myself stay.
