Ive had this insurance for the last 3 years and i dont believe i will ever change. There is a good group of people here willing to help you out whenever they can. If you dont understand something any of these ladies will explain it to you where you do and the bonuses you get with state farm are amazing as well. I feel like its more then just my insurance company because i feel like they know me on a more personal level knpwing me by name when i walk in to pay my bill.
