After 40 years of being customers Jim did not update my parents insurance, despite being notified of the new car within 14 days, as the policy stipulates, and let them take the hit for $500 plus dollars worth of fines. He took no accountability for the situation and despite having a note on his "notepad" that the call/request occurred, he will not take responsibility. This type of customer service and loyalty after 40 years of being a customer is a joke. On top of that, he was rude and flippant regarding the whole situation when we spoke. Stay away
