After working together on several large projects, Julie decided to outsource my work overseas without disclosing this to me and then wanted to raise my fees that we had previously agreed too. Further, after making hundreds of dollars in prepayments to this designer she asked to discontinue working together and was unwilling to mutually reconcile the outstanding work and payments, she would not transition the work to another designer when requested, and so far has keep money for work never performed. A very unprofessional experience overall.
