Overall Feedback:

Very disappointing. My husband has mental health issues and the ladies there obviously don't have the qualifications or people skills to deal with this.I even witnessed the manager shouting at my husband over the phone! Not acceptable.People who are NOT qualified to work with people with disabilities should NOT be working 'with' them!
