We have received the absolute best customer service from Joel & his team! He helped my husband & I get lower rates without sacrificing our coverage. My father lost our family business & suffered severe damage to his home during the Gatlinburg wildfires. My father has had insurance with a different provider for many years but Joel helped us anyway. Over this past year he has answered so many questions & offered invaluable advice about our claims. I never led Joel to believe he would gain my father’s business, he just helped because he is a genuinely good guy! However once we wrap up the claim with our current provider, we will be switching my father’s policies to State Farm with Joel too!
