All the team memebers are extremly helpful both on the phone and in office, they handle themselves professionally and go out of there way to assist all of my needs. Life long customer, wouldn't get my insurance anywhere else!

Called to add a motorcycle to my policy and asked if they could double check my truck and see if I was getting the best rate. They said I was. Get my next bill to find that they added items to my truck policy that I did not authorize, to drive my rates up. Shady office, I transferred my account to another agent.

This office is great! I live in Lexington, but I drove all the way to Paris to open my policy. I was recommended by a friend, and after getting an over the phone quote the price was about 1/2 what I was paying with my old policy. Christy is the agent who set my policy up and she included rental insurance, life insurance and automobile insurance and it was still lower than the automobile insurance alone from my other policy. I am extremely pleased with the friendly customer service and helpful information. Thanks State Farm for being a good neighbor ;)
