Before I bought a used van from them, they allowed me to take the van to an area Belle Tire to have it inspected. Belle Tire found a problem with 1 wheel bearing. The dealers repair shop fixed it within a few hours and had the van ready for me to take. They even worked out the financing through one of the credit unions I deal with. The only problem I had is that they do not negotiate on the advertised price.

Had an absolute great experience working with Eric to purchase my first Jeep! He was helpful, he listened to what I needed to do to be able to purchase the Jeep and he did NOT ask me to move off of where I needed to be. He was NOT PUSHING AT ALL! Eric and Carlos did what they had to to make it work including working with me on a trade in. Very down to earth. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle! I highly recommend working with Eric for any vehicle purchase! I will go through him the next time I need a vehicle for sure.

Very Satisfied with my new car purchase, if you need a nice dependable vehicle, go to Joelz! I recommend Teri! She was very helpful and found a better vehicle than i would have found for myself. Never tried to show me anything that wasnt in my personal budget. I will be a returned customer. Thank You Teri!
