I have worked for John L Scott Mill Creek for the past 2.5 years. I wouldn't have started my career with any other brokerage. John L Scott agents are sent through an extensive initial training that educates them on how to fully represent clients through negotiations, creating contracts, marketing, etc...they really drive home how clients come first in business. This office is a family that supports each other and clients to the utmost of their ability. Jay Richardson and Jeff Pearson are a rare breed of top notched managing brokers you're not going to find at any other firm. I'd highly recommend clients and aspiring agents to work with John L Scott Mill Creek.

The worst branch of John L Scott. People are hypocrites, and they don't listen to their customers. These people only care about the bottom dollar and they don't care at all about finding out the truth. Stay away, do yourself a favor.

I was very interested in a house and had called Steven Ramm with several questions I had after reading the listing, I was hopeful I would get a personal viewing. I got his voicemail twice and he eventually called me back at 10:30PM on a Wednesday night, which wouldn't have bothered me too much if it didn't sound like he was intoxicated. He was slurring his speech a bit and couldn't answer most of the questions I had. When he realized he was wasting my time on the phone he offered to set up the viewing for me. I was a bit nervous and probably should have called the main John L Scott office to request a more senior agent but I didn't. When I showed up at the house at our scheduled time he wasn't there, I spent 20 minutes walking around the outside and peeking in windows before calling his cell to ask if I had gotten the time wrong. I ended up leaving and haven't heard from him since.....I have thought about mailing the home owner and letting them know they should probably switch their agent.
