John is a great State Farm agent. I have emailed John many times regarding changes or additions to our policies..and most of the time it's on the weekends. He always replies right away to confirm that he's received our requests. Even late evenings if I have a questions about coverage...he will answer my emails or text msgs promptly. He's knowledgeable, professional, personable & explains in a way you can understand ... I would recommend him as a State Farm agent to everyone ! State Farm can be PROUD of John Leonard !
