My car wouldn't start and I was stuck in an unfamiliar area halfway between home and my destination. Erika talked me through what to expect before I arrived, kept me informed through the entire repair process, and was very friendly throughout. She is very knowledgeable and wants to help. Thankfully, they had the parts my car needed and found time to squeeze me in. I will need another Nissan in the next few years and would gladly drive back to Manchester to do business here.
