Been with this insurance agency a long time ( 20+ years) and they have just gotten too big. Never answer the phone and when i had my accident last year i basically had to become my own insurance adjuster and agent as i did most of the leg work. When i called to cancel my policies the response i got is "well i got a lot of happy clients don't know what happened to you" thanks for the concern. it all comes down to higher premiums for low customer service.

Huge thank you to Jonathan Holland State Farm Agents for their amazing job helping my husband and I. He was recently in a car accident, yet these agents made this difficult process smoother. They handled towing, were extremely quick to respond, and answered every question we had on the spot! Extra thank you to Lauren B.; you are such joy! As they say, "Like a good neighbor..." :)

This comment may sound like I am bragging but the truth is the truth. When I say Jonathan Holland State Farm Insurance Agency and Staff are the "BEST EVER" it is meant from experiencing the great friendly and professionalism in which they have treated my husband and I since joining them in 2011. We have had car insurance, renters, now homeowners with them and they have always walked us through the changes in our coverage. Recently I had an accident my first ever at 51 years of age and I must say all my concerns and worries were made much better having them in my corner. What can I say when you deal with the best you get the best results.Thanks guys!!!

I am not very good putting my thoughts into words but I really want to let the public know about my experiences with Jonathan Holland Agency. Every time I have visited the offices it was a very pleasant and non-intimidating experience.I moved to North Carolina in 2009 and the 1st employee I met when switching my insurance was Cindy I couldn't believe how comfortable and important she made me feel , she was, and still is very concerned about making sure I have the best as well as the most cost effective insurance as my situation changes. After 4 years of pleasant experiences with Cindy as well as Jonathan I feel not only like a customer but a friend . I love visiting the office. When its hot out Jonathan is passing out waters and they take as much time as you need no matter how long. I believe that shows how important you are to them. Anyway Cindy your the bomb. Thank You for all you do. So I hope this information helps anyone make there decision.
