Jordan Crown has the best customer service I've experienced in the industry. I recently hired Jordan Crown to overhaul my company's website. When we launched there were some fairly serious in the shopping cart leading to payments not being processed properly. The developer we are working with, immediately got a temporary fix in place to solve the critical issue and worked tirelessly to find a permanent solution that very day. It is abundantly clear to me that the entire staff of Jordan Crown cares deeply about their clients and will stop at nothing to provide superior customer service.
